Description:
A tag made of brown paper with a red fabric tie through it. Tag is printed with "J.A.O. ALLAN, F.R.I.B.A, 25 UNION TERRACE, ABERDEEN" and also written on it is “Robert Gordon’s Technical College, Sketch Plans of proposed extension of east temporary building. Dated Nov + Dec 1919 6 sheets.” The temporary east building could possibly make reference to the result of a previous fire in 1911. This destroyed the east wing of Robert Gordon’s College and in its place temporary wooden structures were built. Thus the work referenced in the tag is an extension of this temporary block.
