Description:

Sketch in ink detailing the front of a row of buildings. The piece is labelled Tankerness House on the reverse and research shows that Tankerness House is indeed the building in the image. The house evolved over 300 years , being begun in 1547 and today this building houses Orkney Musuem This is part of the Village Urban Analysis Study undertaken by Second Year architectural students in academic session 1968-69. Project was once housed in a cover constructed from a cardboard box, but due to the space available/condition of the card, it has not been placed inside a plastic wallet.
