Description:

Drawing in pencil on paper with notes showcasing some comparisons between contemporary and renaissance architecture. Details shown include: the Azuleijo by Niemeyer in Brazil, a column of S Paulo Maggiore in Naples, a house in Bristol by Marcel Breur & F.R.S. Yorke. Fulton’s notes explain how in the renaissance, the sculptor placed his work wherever, regardless of the environment, whereas the modern trend is towards a consideration of surroundings. Item has 2 hole punched holes along the right hand side. Third year work.
