Since graduating at Gray's School of Art, Mark Leese has carved out an impressive career for himself as a production designer. He also gained experience establishing himself as a theatre director for many years.

As a production designer, he has been credited for his work on the youth subculture movie 'This is England' and on 'The Magdalene Sisters', written and directed byt Paul Mullen. More recent projects include the television series 'Shetland' 2016-2018 and the movie 'The Wife' , starring Glenn Close and Jonathan Pryce.

Whilst chatting with Mark recently, he revealed that at the veruy moment we called, he had been looking through student work, created some forty years earlier, seeking inspiration for a forthcoming Production Design project.
