Sheet shows what looks like the basement plan for the building. A set of 3 plans, in black and red pen on dark coloured sheets of tracing paper. The works are not signed or dated or title thought they are believed to be from the 1970s. The building depicted seems to be some sort of performing arts centre, with sports facilities and living quarters.
