Description:

Architectural plan with masonry details. Understood to be of Tilliefoure, a grade B listed Arts and Crafts town house in Oyne, Aberdeenshire. The dictionary of Scottish Architects makes reference to a 'Place of Tillyfour' (change of spelling noted) and stated it underwent alterations in 1897, which is in keeping with this work (dated 1897)
Work shows a section of full-size details of arcading in billiard room.
