Shows section b-b section a- 5th floor plan of residence , 1st,2nd,3rd,4th floor of residence and plan at 60-0" level. Coloured ink and pen on paper. From a set of 2 sheets (From a scheme originally containing more) detailing a design for a development at Garthdee. The building shown includes accommodation as well as labs, a studio and library. It appears to be some form of educational centre and the part of the title that is visible on sheet 1 reads ‘egiate’ which most likely indication the building to be of a collegiate usage.
