An exhibition catalogue featuring the work of T.B. Huxley Jones. Published by the University of Essex. 7 pages.
Huxley Jones taught at Gray's School of Art from 1934-48. He worked for the Royal Society of British Sculptors and was also the President of the Society of Portrait Sculptors. 1n 1963 he was awarded the R.B.S. silver medal for the Constance Fund Foundation fountain in Hyde Park, London. Amongst his work he created 'Helios' for the BBC at White City and the reliefs on Rosemount Square in Aberdeen. He was also the author of a book on the subject of portrait modelling.
