Description:

This piece is derived from a photograph of two dramatic skies that are seen as 'sublime' or 'beautiful'. The two photographs were taken in Scotland, one here in Aberdeen and the other in Dumfries and Galloway. The colours within the photographs were sampled and from them I created Nightfall by intertwining the two. Nightfall is a sublime moment in time, captured and recreated in its purest form.
