Artist's statement:
"This silver driftwood design with a piece of sea glass was made by first making a wooden model and then casting it in silver and hand working it. I am originally from the Isle of Mull and as such inspired by the sea. That piece was part of my degrees show and inspired by the shipwrecks which surrounded my home, where as the glass came from Aberdeen beach polished by the ocean. I guess it is trying to show the subtle beauty of what the ocean can do as well as the power nature holds."
