Description:
Allan Robb was the first student from Gray’s School of Art in Aberdeen to be accepted for the three-year postgraduate course at the Royal College of Art, London (1969-1972).
We believe this print was inspired by a summer spent in and around Arbroath following the young artist having received a Patrick Allan Fraser scholarship which allowed young artists to focus on their practice whilst living in Hospitalfield House on the outskirts of the town.
