Artist's statement:

The work I was engaged in during my fine art degree focussed on the emotional response I have to the geography of home and how this can alter
my perception. In short I was asking myself questions about why two people who share an experience do so differently. I was interested in
exploring how the human psyche will try to find familiarity even in abstraction.
