Cast of a bust of John Gray, founder of Gray's School of Art. The original marble bust is held in the RGU collections (ABDRG10704).

A marble bust of the founder of Gray's Schol of Art , held in Aberdeen Art Gallery. It was created by former student of the Aberdeen Mechanics Institution, Henry Bain Smith. This was presented to John Gray by his fellow citizens as a mark of their appreciation of his gift of a School of Art to Aberdeen city.
