Ground Plan.

An original hand drawn colour plan for Dalmuinzie House which is located in Bieldside, Aberdeen. This plan has been drawn and signed by James B Nicol. Nicol was a graduate of the School of Architecture in Aberdeen and was apprenticed to Matthews and Mackenzie about 1883-188. He also became a Governor and chairman of the Arts and Crafts Committee.
